Description

Prepared agarose gel, contains 1% pure agarose dissolved in TAE buffer.

Caution: contains the appropriate ammount of ethidium-bromide. Always USE GLOWES!

Manual:

-Put the agarose pad’s into an Erlenmeyer flask or glass.

-Microwave it on 800W for circa 1:30 minutes.

-Pour it to the tray.

-It is reusable (more than 3 times is not recommended), BUT after the first use, addition of EtBr to a final concentration of approximately 0.2-0.5 μg/mL  is needed.
